Tribute to the Rain is an outdoor installation created as part of a group project that sought to honour an element of nature. The team chose water, inspired by its essential role in life and its ability to evoke deep reflection and a sense of calm.

As water droplets fall through the acrylic, they trigger a series of lights, turning each raindrop into a tiny beacon. This interplay between light and water produces a mesmerizing visual display, particularly striking during rainfall.

By integrating this installation into the natural environment, easily attaching it to a tree and powering it with batteries, we aimed to create a space where viewers can pause, reflect, and reconnect with the silent beauty of nature.

The installation is not just a celebration of water but a reminder of the tranquil moments it offers, encouraging a deeper connection with the natural world.
